About The Team
The Facility Management team at TikTok Shop plays a crucial role in overseeing the management of operational assets, including engaging with various stakeholders and keeping the operations running seamlessly. We prioritize proactive maintenance, effectiveness, and compliance adherence to foster a culture of safety and sustainability in all of our facilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and be responsible for facility management at all our sites with a focus on cost management, service quality, and office supplies. This includes leading quarterly budget forecasting and monthly accruals, ensuring timely bill payments and compliance with billing requirements, maintaining a clean and proper working environment across all locations (including warehouses and offices), and ensuring that vendors, suppliers, and canteen tenants meet contract requirements and manage their performance metrics effectively.
- Provide leadership and effective management of all FM-related activities across all sites (Fulfillment Center, HQ, Sortation Center, Last Mile hubs, and drop points). This involves overseeing all FM personnel from selection and performance management to disciplinary actions if standards aren't met.
- Handle site expansion, closure, and/or any kind of renovation work.
- Update and adjust asset management in a timely manner and be responsible for all contract agreements with suppliers, vendors, landlords, and/or canteen tenants.
- Responsible for emergency facility repair and maintenance, as well as ensuring that work orders in JIRA are closed on time to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. Other ad hoc duties may also be assigned as per business requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a facility manager.
- Proficient in Computer and Administrative skills.
- Basic proficiency in English language.

- Excellent customer, time, and project management skills
- A team player. Able to work independently and should possess a customer-oriented mindset.
- Meticulous, proactive, fast learner, organized, good negotiator with strong hands on mentality and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and quick to react to changing priorities.
- Quick problem solver and able to remotely communicate with internal and external parties.
