As part of GNE organization is our Service Support Centre (SSC) delivers Customer Service to our Buyers, Partners and internal users. We are looking for a Global Training Program Manager role to provide end to end training support to ensure operation delivery and business success for our Global markets at an optimal balance of cost and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct learning needs analysis, and oversee the end-to-end delivery of training programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Align training programs with insights derived from quality audits and knowledge gaps to ensure continuous knowledge improvement.
- Implement mechanisms to improve training effectiveness measurement, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
- Own the tracking and reporting of training performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Standardize and maintain knowledge training content formats across knowledge management tools, and develop structured knowledge transfer processes to reduce dependency on informal learning methods.
- Deliver ad-hoc training sessions when needed to address urgent learning gaps or new product/process updates.
- Monitor and evaluate learner feedback to refine training content and delivery approaches.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Business, Communications, Humanities, or a related field.
- Strong learning ability and logical thinking, able to quickly adapt and solve problems.
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven optimization strategies.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingess to travel.
- Willingness to work across timezones.

Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for e-commerce, customer experience optimization, and product management.
- Internship or project experience in related fields.
