As part of GNE organization is our Service Support Centre (SSC) delivers Customer Service to our Buyers, Partners and internal users. We are looking for a Global Service Product Operations PM role to develop product and process solutions for Customer Service and Partner Support teams.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing global service solutions to support international business expansion.
- Analyse user needs and pain points, providing optimization plans to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with international teams and contribute to global e-commerce service solutions.
- Collaborate with tech, operations, and business teams to implement product requirements and improve service workflows.
- Participate in project management, ensuring smooth cross-functional communication and on-time execution.
- Monitor industry trends and user feedback to refine product strategies and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Final year or recent graduate with a background in Business Analytic, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management or related field.
- Strong learning ability and logical thinking, able to quickly adapt and solve problems.
- Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven optimization strategies.
- Excellent team collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for e-commerce, customer experience optimization, and product management; internship or project experience in related fields is a plus.
