About the Team
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. Service and Support Team (SSC) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers and creators. We are looking for an Automation leader to manage the Automation team operation to fulfill the business' needs, and drive continuous improvement together with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and set the directions and experience evaluation metrics for the global automation operation team.
- Manage effective methodology to continuously find opportunities for automation experience improvement.
- Explore the experience gap by competitor analysis for creative optimization.
- Set strong collaboration with cross function stakeholders, and drive success globally.
- Optimize the existing workflow and improve the entire working efficiency within the team.
- Define the effective strategy based on scenario analysis and customer painpoints.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 4+years' related working experience in leading, managing automation experience design.
- 3+years' team management experience.
- Expertise in project design, data analysis, communication skills, driving for results and managing changes.
- Strengths in problem shooting, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional certifications or advanced degrees related to automation or relevant fields.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style.
- Flexibility in cross-time zone and regional cooperation.
- Experience in eCommerce marketplaces is a plus.
