About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for a Brand Account Manager - (Cat) to join our newly formed Global Key Accounts team. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands or agencies.
Responsibilities
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key merchant partners, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.
- Be responsible for topline growth. Monitor and optimize account performance through data-driven insights and regular performance reviews.
- Oversee the end-to-end operational processes for key accounts, including onboarding, product listing optimization, affiliates content management, paid traffic optimization, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns handling.
- Act as the bridge between creators & partners and merchants to identify potential business opportunities to accelerate affiliate content delivery and GMV growth.
- Understand merchants' content & commercial strategy; Design content strategy & programs tailored to their unique needs; Identify and activate the creators to achieve the best results for the merchant
- Provide insights, product recommendations, and direction on growth & development strategies to merchants based on data analysis and current eco-system trends.
- Discover innovative business models and solutions for merchants' businesses by leveraging our eco-system resources.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years experience in related category business. Be responsible for commercial results or work that is strongly related to commercial output; manage partnership and relationships at leading brands/retailers/entertainment companies.
- Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives, curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action ("no task is too small" mentality)
- Experience in negotiation and driving collaborations between different partners, being able to convey complex content concepts in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements.
- Experience in influencer or creator marketing, digital marketing, or social commerce
- Proven track record of successfully servicing key global accounts and expert in dedicated industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends
- Experience working in ambiguity, achieving results in a fast-paced environment, and continually adapting to changing business needs
- Creative mindset and thought process that's focused on teaching creators how to grow and thrive
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in external facing situations
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
- Experience partnering with brands or commerce platforms to execute, optimize, or scale their influencer and affiliate programs

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191300 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
