Our mission is to provide world-class service and experience for customers, sellers. We are looking for a Customer Experience Product Solution Manager to manage the Compensation system capability to fulfill the business' needs, and drive continuous improvement together with cross functional teams.

What will you do
- Thoroughly analyze the current compensation system's capabilities, identify new system requirements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of compensation strategies, and propose customized product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to manage the end-to-end compensation solution, from identifying compensation needs to notifying users of settlement outcomes, while ensuring timely delivery of required system features.
- Lead critical projects with significant system dependencies, such as the compensation automation initiative.
- Work closely with stakeholders (eg. Experience team, logistics team) to understand their challenges in providing compensation, and translate these insights into actionable solutions.
- Serve as the contact window between compensation team and product team, providing timely updates on business changes and adjusting system requirement priorities as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of relevant working experience in managing compensation experience design.
- Expertise in project design, communication, driving results and changes management.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to leverage data to define the direction and priority.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strengths in problem shooting, issue-resolution, working in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Flexibility in cross time zones and regions' cooperation.
