About the Team
The TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) Team oversees the partner agencies that provide services to TikTok Shop sellers. These TSP agencies are social commerce experts that specialize in some or all service categories including affiliate operations, shop operations, video, or LIVE operations.
About the Role
As part of the TSP team, you will be specifically on the Ecosystem Planning & Operations team, which has the overarching goal of building the agency ecosystem. This involves strategizing and executing initiatives that foster and maintain a thriving partner community and network within TikTok Shop.

- Assist in overall project planning, implementation and results tracking related to TSP ecosystem building

- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project docs including outlines, plans, frameworks, trackers, etc
- Contribute to data analysis efforts, pulling relevant data, providing insights and proposing solutions to enhance program performance
- Contribute to overall GTM efforts, including messaging positioning, comms preparation, channel strategy and launch execution
- Contribute to TSP marketing efforts, including collaborating with the marketing team for TSP promotion opportunities on owned channels
- Lead the planning of ecosystem events, like the annual conference, or quarterly mini forums
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above
- Strong organizational skills, ability to form well-structured plans from multiple moving pieces
- Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability for strong problem solving
- Resourcefulness, quick learner, proactive and resilient - able to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward
Preferred Qualifications
- Mandarin speaking: enable seamless communication with Mandarin-speaking clients at agencies, and enhance internal collaboration with Mandarin-speaking leadership and teams
- MBA preferred
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms
- Experience in e-commerce or social commerce
- Background in consulting or project management
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $112000 - $201400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
