Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Communicate with stakeholders across different teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in coordinating creator and seller participation in campaigns or projects.
- Provide operational support for cross-team initiatives and strategy alignment.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Update data regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor key project performance metrics and track progress against goals.
- Prepare reports on engagement, traffic, and overall project impact for internal reviews.
- Use Excel for data analysis, including tracking, reporting, and visualization.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student, able to work full-time for at least 3 months, 5 days a week
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with creative skillsets: such as copywriting and graphic design such as PS, Figma
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic formulas).
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of E-Commerce operations and campaign execution (Ecommerce experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with performance tracking, resource allocation, and campaign coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
