About the team
Creator Team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely with the creators. In this role, you are required to acquire, incubate and nurture the creators for TikTok Shop

Responsibilities
- Growing and nurturing Tiktok Shop electronic creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
- Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for electronic creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on TikTok Shop via but not limited to brand/seller matchmakings and platform industry hot sellers
- Educate, incubate and organise activities for electronic creators to improve content quality and understanding of TikTok Shop policies both online and offline
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth focusing on electronic industry per say
- Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy electronic industry affiliate GMV growth
- Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform
- Become familiar with internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators
- Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
- Support all creator-related operational tasks when required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
-3 to 5 years of working experience in electronics industry and its relevant subcategories, with strong understanding of brands, products, its usage and functionality and market networking; social media savvy
-Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
-Experienced with managing key accounts/affiliates/KOLs within the electronics industry
- Clear communication skills with proficiency in English and Malay is a must as you will be working with Malay speaking creators

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dealing with KOLs together with key electronic brands/products and subcategories under and within Electronics industry
- Direct experience with the eCommrce industy
