Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the assortment operation of TTS Creators, providing assortment strategy based on Creator's characteristics and assisting with execution, improving the efficiency of Creator's matchmaking, and finally growing Creator's GMV, building up showcases of Creator's matchmaking.
2. Based on data analysis and Creator & Seller research, refine the successful assortment methodology and carry out large-scale operations, including but not limited to product pool operation, publicity training, platform policies, etc., to improve the overall creator assortment ability and help the creator sales grow on the platform.
3. Responsible for the matchmaking of key creators and sellers, responsible for the improvement of the matchmaking efficiency of creators and sellers. Through product functions, platform campaigns, cyber tribe operations, and other methods, to improve the connection, matching efficiency, and satisfaction of sellers and creators.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above; 5+ years of experience in creator assortment or product pool operation
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficient in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good understanding of E-commerce. Good understanding of short video/live streaming e-commerce
- Experience in working with cross-categories, cross-platform channels, cross functions, and cross-product domain teams, influencing teams towards a common goal for assortment growth
- Data-driven, strong execution, good communication, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
