About the team
The Creator Agency Partner (CAP) Team oversees the partner agencies that provide services to TikTok Shop Creators. These CAP agencies are social commerce experts that specialize in some or all service categories, including affiliate operations, and LIVE operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Operational Strategies: Design and implement tailored strategies for Creator Agency Partners (CAPs) across various categories, aligning with the platform's growth objectives. Work closely with the US CAP team to provide operational support, ensuring the overall performance of CAPs under your management consistently exceeds expectations.
- Support Creator Matchmaking: Monitor creator progress and assist CAPs in matchmaking through methods like offline BD support, 1-on-1 online sessions, matchmaking events, and curating lists of top-performing CAPs.

- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams across policies, campaigns, products, and training to optimize CAP performance. Use data to ensure creators are matched with the right CAPs, driving platform GMV growth.
- Identify & Solve Pain Points: Understand challenges faced by creators and CAPs, and help improve products and processes. Lead the digital transformation of CAPs by advancing tools and solutions for operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years in e-commerce, especially cross-border, live e-commerce, B2B enterprise services, or merchant operations.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills
- Cross-functional Experience: capable of managing complex situations independently with a strategic vision- Business Development: proficient in negotiations and building external partnerships
- Data-Driven: able to use data analysis to inform decisions on trends, performance, and project execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Data Analysis: proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Background in B2B agencies, brand management, or consulting

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
