About the team
Welcome to our Fashion team! In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of account managers and operations
- Assist the leader to define and execute business development opportunities and category growth strategy
- Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis and solutioning
- Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers/buyers' experience
- Developing partners by driving and managing end-to-end partnerships, planning, executing, and maintaining category performance, including but not limited to business model suggestions, creator affiliation, partner education
- Collaborate cross-functionally to unlock partners' potential on the platform, drive brand growth, and adopt livestream and short videos
- Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes, and influencing key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category
- Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants;
- Prior experience in team management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior working experience in business development and/or strategy roles
- Experience in live-streaming will be added advantage
