About the team
Welcome to our FMCG team! In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of category account managers and operations
- Assist category leader to define and execute business development opportunities and category growth strategy
- Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis and solutioning
- Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers/buyers' experience
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, ideally in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants;
- Prior experience in team management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior working experience in ecommerce, business development and/or strategy roles
