Responsibilities
The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.
In this role you will be responsible for conceptualising, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns while also projecting potential Brand IP campaign targets to serve various platform objectives

1. Campaign Management:
- Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing Brand IP marketing campaigns
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns
2. Data Projection and Analysis:
- Responsible for end-to-end campaign performance management, including setting the campaign target, analyzing campaign performance, and evaluating the campaign improvement plan
- Evaluate the campaign target serving various platform objectives, including return on investment and campaign net profit/loss
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance (including against order and GMV targets) and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including campaigns, channel marketing, platform operations, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing communication plans with promotion details and implementation timeline
- Collaborate with the design team and external agencies for creative development and content creation that align with marketing key messages
- Cooperate with relevant marketing channel owners and analytics teams to report and provide insights on channel performance and propose action plans for future improvements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, consumer internet companies and brand companies
- Excellent analytical and marketing planning skills with innovative spirit, great logical thinking ability; and had the experience of owning a comprehensive marketing campaign from ideation to execution
- High adaptability to the agile and fast-paced e-commerece business
Preferred Qualifications:
- Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to marketing hotspot
- Experience in platform campaign management is a plus
- Strong executive ability, communication ability, and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills
