Job Description:
1. Store Management & Optimization
- Design and maintain the store layout to enhance user experience and conversion.
- Regularly update banners, promotional visuals, and theme pages based on campaign needs.
2. Product Management
- Maintain the product master sheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

- Optimize product PDPs by improving images, descriptions, and SEO-friendly content.
- Create new product listings and bundle groupings to maximize sales potential.
3. SES (Store Experience Score) Monitoring:
- Track and analyze SES metrics, implement strategies to improve SES scores and maintain a high-performance store rating.
4. Campaign Nomination and Execution:
- Identify suitable products and nominate them for platform campaigns, flash sales, and promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce store operations or online merchandising.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools for product listing optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic data analysis - familiarity with tracking KPIs and interpreting data trends would help in creating insightful reports.
- Understanding of digital marketing or merchandising - an understanding of e-commerce promotions, campaigns, or merchandising strategies would be an asset.
