Your primary focus will be on creating strategic business plans, providing insights, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of brand strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the self-own livestreaming account business of retail shops, develop medium to long-term plans for the self-own livestreaming account business, collaborate with service providers to implement live streaming, and take responsibility for the long-term development of the account and GMV results.

- Plan content for live streaming rooms around account positioning and marketing milestones, and execute the planning accordingly.
- Match products for live streaming rooms in collaboration with the internal procurement team, streamline and determine the product lineup for live streaming rooms, and take responsibility for the overall profit and cost of the product lineup.
- Familiar with advertising placements, with understanding of segmentation directions in industries such as FMCG and fashion, able to combine data analysis, industry insights, and research on typical advertisers to identify industry demands and incremental opportunities.
- Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies for the industry, regularly output industry methodologies, and take responsibility for platform advertising efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, experience in live-streaming e-commerce, and related experience in live streaming operations, content management, and e-commerce advertising placements;
- Proven track record of driving engagement and growth through live streaming.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sensitive to data, with independent and complete experience in data analysis, able to quickly discover connections between business and data.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, enthusiastic about achieving and surpassing goals.
- Able to independently plan and complete business tasks, coordinate resources from various parties, deliver results, and develop methodologies.
- Open-minded and innovative thinker, with strong industry strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experience studying or living abroad, proficient in Indonesian & English communication, expression, and social skills, capable of working in an international collaborative environment.
