About the Team
TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will help to contribute creator academy content.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment, support, and overall operation of MCNs while developing long and short term plans to help the development of the MCNs in the platform
- Responsible for the operation of the MCN sector, familiar with the platform operation rules, maintain a good cooperative relationship with MCNs, and be able to carry out various businesses efficiently
- Establish effective collaboration mechanisms with agency partners to enhance agency growth and work alongside the seller and creator team to support the MCN

- Help with daily operations of agencies and navigating the XFN team, developing regulations while extending MCN's assortment
- Has Indonesia MCN industry insight, be able to grasp industry trends in time and implement into MCN management practices
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or greater, with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in e-commerce business or the Affiliate/MCN industry. A broad knowledge of KOL/MCN trends is essential.
- Have experience working with live stream celebrities/macro KOLs, this includes skills such as scripting, data analysis, assortment, etc.
- Capable of managing stakeholder relationships with excellent business negotiation skills, resource integration capabilities, and the ability to negotiate with senior partner managers while aligning internal resources.
- Must be a strategic thinker with excellent under-pressure collaboration skills, strong capacity for learning, data management, summaries, and reporting.
- A data-driven and results-oriented individual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have an in-depth understanding of the MCN, influencer marketing or talent agency operation model, and have practical experience.
- Fluent communication in English and Chinese. English will be utilized as the primary language of work, while Chinese will be used for market-specific communications.
