About the Team
In this role you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for initiating, developing, and executing category-based & brand marketing campaigns
- Understand creator management and collaboration, implementing a tiered strategy approach to support the growth of key performance metrics.
- Collaborate and coordinate across various stakeholders from end to end, including working with internal account managers, creator manager, and other cross-functional teams for campaign creation and external teams

- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance & flash sale performance, good at problem solving and able to solve issues with innovative ideas, partnerships and activations that enhance campaign performance
- Able to enhance key performance metrics by focusing on critical aspects such as livestreams, short videos, products, and pricing, and establish benchmark cases/methodologies.
- Aware about trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments; leverage trends and developments to optimize campaigns' creative ideas and enhance brand awareness and influence
- Responsible for ensuring campaign delivery and optimizing campaign revenue
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in the end-to-end process of developing comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Proven experience in creator/influencer management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Preferred Qualification
- Proven experience in creator/influencer management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the end-to-end process of developing comprehensive marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Fluency in e-Commerce, marketing campaigns and livestream language
