TikTok Shop - Business Planning & Operations, Operations Program Manager

Responsibilities
1. Comprehensive Key Project Business Analysis: The candidate is supposed to deliver data - driven insights and goal attainment analysis. The candidate will take charge of in - depth data analysis for key projects, such as analyzing the sales data of different product categories on TikTokShop US. The candidate will also regularly monitor and assess the progress of key project goals. Evaluate the success of initiatives aimed at improving seller satisfaction.
2. Strategy Decomposition for Project Success: The candidate will design goal-oriented strategies and develop detailed strategies on how to achieve project goals.
3. Collaboration with Industry and Cross - Functional Teams: The candidate will implement the strategy with various cluster and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years of experience in consulting/strategy/business analytics/strategy ops positions;
2. Experience working within cross-functional teams; experience in driving complex projects from inception to implementation;
3. Structured & logical thinking, detail-oriented & sensitive to data, and proven records of ability to draw critical insights from analysis;
4. Strong learning and adaptive ability, strategic framework thinking, sensitivity and insight into the business;
5. Sound oral and written communication skills;
6. Proficiency in Excel Modeling for data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in Ecommerce or Tech organizations is preferred;

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88920 - $144400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
