About the Team
The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.
This role is responsible for building out Ecommerce Creator partnerships for TikTok Shop Affiliate Program in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and inclusive for our users.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard and incubate growth of ecommerce creators relevant to key verticals (Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living, or Other), focusing on their sales performance metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and conversion.
- Responsible for the affiliate product assortment strategy, continue to optimize all assortment stimuli, including but not limited to the product pool - improving both the quality and quantity of hero products.
- Formulate and implement diverse creator campaigns and program to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve overall sales goals by verticals.
- Work closely with affiliate product teams to optimize the creator hub experience.
- Identify affiliate creator pain points and work with cross functional teams to solve key challenges.
- Responsible for creator data analysis, deeply understand business logic, design a reasonable indicator system based on business goals, conduct agile and effective assessment and monitoring of business performance, and give valuable suggestions through in-depth analysis of data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience of E-commerce Creator Program Operation, with an emphasis on performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred.
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving.
- Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111466 - $192533 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
