About the team
Welcome to our Lifestyle team! In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.
Responsibilities
- Accurately identify high potential merchants and drive accelerated incubation with a focus on seller cold start, growth, retention and graduation.
- Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute a large GMV share.
- Build and maintain relationships with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals for both content & non-content channels.
- Able to lead category & merchant strategy special projects when needed, driving high-priority business initiatives with data analytics, strategic research, and project management.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years experience in ecommerce; Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong judgment and independent thinking skills, with the ability to learn quickly, adapt to changes
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior working experience in business development and/or strategy roles
- Experience in live-streaming will be added advantage
