About the team
Welcome to our Electronic team! In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily management of category account managers and operations
- Assist category leader to define and execute business development opportunities and category growth strategy
- Work closely with content creator/influencer to increase the GMV uplift
- Identify and conduct category data analysis, gap analysis and solutioning
- Drive relevant category special projects and improve sellers/buyers' experience
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in E-commerce, working as an Account Manager.
- Experience working with affiliate marketing and familiar with product assortment.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience with selling through content/live - streaming
- Experience as a content creator/influencer
