Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our hiring initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial assessments to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support job postings by drafting and publishing job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Assist in building talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Participate in recruitment events such as career fairs and networking sessions.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ATS platforms.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role.
