We're looking for passionate product designers to join the fast growing team at TikTok Singapore. Working with a cross-functional team, you'll own product features to help evolve and drive impact for TikTok globally.
1. Design for TikTok, the creative short video platform that targets global users;
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, researchers, UX writers, and engineers;
3. Participate in every aspect of the product development process, from generating ideas to refining pixel-perfect designs before launch;
4. Rapidly prototype conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, gather feedback from various stakeholders, iterate on designs, and deliver products with the best user experience;
5. Continuously optimize and take responsibility for the overall product experience.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
1. Experienced in UX and UI design, having led multiple design projects from strategy to launch, with strong attention to detail;
2. Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts;
3. Open-minded and receptive to feedback, with a patient attitude;
4. Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling rapid changes and less-than-ideal situations;
5. Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your concepts, vision, and decision-making;
6. Global vision and mentality, actively paying attention to global internet products.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Comes with experience designing UX for consumer-facing products across mobile and web, preferably in content creation or consumption-related domains;
2. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven practices;
3. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the organization;
4. Familiarity with front-end programming;
5. Passion and enthusiasm for TikTok and its community.
