The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and product operations for TikTok LIVE in the MENA region, leveraging data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business growth targets.
- Map out interaction flow between users and creators on the platform, identify opportunities for experience improvement, and work closely with the product team to enhance LIVE content engagement and monetization.
- Analyze user behavior and consumption motivations, break down live stream content elements, and develop actionable strategies to improve live stream quality. Create standout showcases for various categories through content refinement, equipment upgrades, and scale them using agencies, in-house operations, events, and educational initiatives.
- Optimize governance processes to improve the handling of creator violations while enhancing the overall governance experience.
- Enhance product features and user experience for agencies by analyzing their business logic and needs. Develop and implement incentive strategies to drive better performance and foster sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in content-focused product management or strategic operations. Experience with agency operations is a strong advantage;
- Expertise in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of content trends, combined with strong strategic thinking and execution skills;
- Proficient in English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams. This role is based in Dubai, and candidates must be willing to live and work in the city for a minimum of two years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in international live streaming operations is preferred. Fluency in Arabic or Turkish is a plus.
