About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with creators; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building and optimizing TikTok LIVE streaming entrances and new scenarios. This includes, but is not limited to, improving features and strategies for LIVE preview cards, skylights, search, sharing, etc., while identifying new opportunities to enhance users' viewing experience and increase LIVE penetration and watch duration.
- From in-app scenarios such as LIVE, social, and short videos, focusing on users, designing the behavior and scene functions of viewers LIVE watching, and helping viewers discover LIVE interests, actively explore, and build relationships;
- Responsible for cultivating active viewing habits, building relationships between hosts and fans, and enhancing engagement. Through the growth of high value relationship scale, the amplification of long-term relationship value, and ultimately leads to the growth of core metrics of LIVE , enhancing the long-term ceiling value of LIVE format.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more experience in user-side product management, including experience in platform and strategic product backgrounds, with a preference for experience in traffic strategy and creator strategy, possess both product feature design and strategic capabilities.
- Possess excellent product design and business understanding skills. Capable of identifying and driving solutions to problems through data or processes.
- Strong logical thinking skills, strong user insight, able to effectively communicate key issues in cross-team collaborations and drive implementation.
- Demonstrated project management and ability to handle pressure. Capable of understanding various stakeholders' needs and integrating resources to achieve cross-department cooperation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for content products.
- Bonus: working experience in LIVE or other content product is preferred.
