Team Introduction
The TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partner organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real-time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop strategies for helping LIVE Creators succeed on Tiktok by providing scalable solutions that encourage growth and brand expansion on our platform.

- Data Driven Mindset: Leverage data-driven insights to execute informed business decisions to allow the organization to bridge the gap between customer needs and operational infrastructure ensuring a best in class experience on Tiktok.
- Design, lead, and continuously improve campaign and programming initiatives that help support sustainable and LIVE business development; Manage and oversee the day-to-day reporting, and resource allocation for campaign and programming initiatives.
- Crossfunctional Leadership: Align cross-functionally with our Regional Operations, Analytics, Legal, Compliance & Finance teams to achieve complex and departmentally interconnected objectives.
- Compliance Expertise: Champion TikTok USDS Privacy, Safety, and Security guidelines to be the bridge between global business needs and USDS policy and form the utmost confidence in the security of TikTok LIVE business.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, banking, or technology, with a preferred focus in areas such as consumer growth, content production, campaign management, or creator/community operations domains.
- An in-depth understanding of content business and its related technologies.
- Analytical mindset and skills for decision making, experience in performing campaign analysis, and/or attribution analysis + you're comfortable pulling your own data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple high impact initiatives; proactively identifying opportunities to optimize products and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into digestible and insightful narratives for audiences
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77968 - $143555 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
