About the team
TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Responsibilities
- Based on a deep understanding of the business, conduct TikTok Live revenue attribution, make judgments on the current performance and trend of core indicators, and identify opportunities.
- In line with business trends and development phases, carry out thematic analyses, propose perspectives and indicators demonstrating certain types of issues, set reasonable goals, output strategies, and promote implementation.
- Improve the analytical methodology for revenue product features' long-term value from the platform perspective, and co-build the indicator frameworks with the business to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of business actions.
-Able to decompose business data from multiple perspectives, providing strategic support for business implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in strategic analysis/strategic operations/business analysis.
- Familiar with common data statistics and analysis methods, familiar with common database tools such as SQL, strong learning ability, able to independently undertake the planning and output of analysis report requirements.
- Data analysis ability, familiar with Hive SQL, Python, R. Familiarity of machine learning Knowledge will be a plus.
- Familiar with statistics and dashboard, preferred to have experience in user growth, metrics creation, A/B testing, and data modelling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with Live broadcasting, has a high sensitivity to the business, can quickly and deeply understand the business, and explore the connection between business details and data.
- Strong self-drive, good cooperation and communication awareness, those with high initiative are preferred
