About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the launch, operation, and performance tracking of global live-streaming revenue products. Promote various live-streaming revenue product features through organizing global or regional events, product training, etc., to enhance revenue and product awareness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market and user needs in various regions, gaining insights into regional markets and users, identifying issues, and providing feedback. Drive continuous iteration and optimization of revenue product features in close collaboration with the product team to create an outstanding live-streaming experience.
- Independently plan related event proposals, set clear goals and measurement indicators, conduct comprehensive reviews of various activities. Consolidate revenue data, summarize successful cases and corresponding methodologies, and support the development of more products and regions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 3 years of product operation experience; prior experience in entertainment product operations, including but not limited to gaming, live-streaming, and music, is preferred. Creative and proactive mindset.
- Excellent data analysis skills with clear logical thinking. Able to comprehensively consider complex problems and extract insights from activity reviews to guide subsequent activity iterations.
- Proactive and resilient under pressure. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to quickly identify challenges in the activity promotion process and drive solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in operating global high DAU products and global study or work experience is preferred as a plus.
