About the Team
Our team is responsible for TikTok Live's Traffic Delivery and User Experience. We continuously optimize the Recommend system to show users personalized and preferred content, helping LIVE obtain traffic in TikTok and achieve user growth. At the same time, we understand and define content quality and User Experience, ensuring the stable development of content ecosystem and user ecosystem while business growth.
Job Description
- Be responsible for formulating product strategies and plans for the overall user growth in TikTok LIVE broadcasts, focusing on increasing the scale and activity of TikTok LIVE broadcast viewers. Achieve business growth targets through various means, such as optimizing user experience, researching the supply and demand ecosystem, and configuring product strategies.
- Be responsible for the generalization of TikTok LIVE broadcast content and audience, including the diversity of content and audience, the content growth for user groups with unmet content needs, and the formulation of growth strategies for important countries and regions.
- Gain insights into user behaviors and needs through in-depth user research and data analysis, understand user segmentation and differentiation, and formulate corresponding growth strategies according to the characteristics of different user groups.
- Conduct hierarchical management of users, and formulate targeted product and marketing strategies for users at different levels to improve user loyalty and growth potential.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related user-side product work experience. Background in both platform and strategy products.
- Possess the ability of product design and business understanding. Be able to identify problems through data or processes and promote the solution of problems.
- Have strong logical thinking ability, be able to establish effective communication on key issues in cross-team cooperation, and be able to promote implementation.
- Have project management ability and stress resistance, be able to grasp the needs of all parties and integrate resources to achieve cross-departmental cooperation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Majors in Statistics/Mathematics/Computer Science are preferred.
- Experience in traffic strategies/ and creator strategies/ and content ecosystem are preferred.
- Be proficient in SQL, be able to use common analysis tools such as R/Python/SaaS for data model development, have a good command of basic statistical knowledge, and possess good statistical quantification ability.
