About the team
Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the product of TT-LIVE Creator Networks' fundamental operation, including but not limited to the operation product construction related to the new Creator Networks bootcamp, the design of tasks and growth systems, to increase the amount and revenue of the Creator Networks, and the amount of new Creator Networks grows.
2. Focusing on the development requirements of the business, we will delve into the working scenarios of various operational businesses and LIVE businesses in various overseas markets, analyze and judge the needs of each role, explore the pain points related to business growth from a global perspective, propose solutions, plan product capability iteration, and design best demonstrated practices.
3. Collaborate with R & D, algorithm, operation, design and other teams to independently manage the project, be responsible for the GTM of platform product capabilities, conduct global training and promote to the users.
4. Develop reasonable data measurement indicators, continuously pay attention to and explore the efficiency and logic optimization of each functional module, continuously carry out product model innovation and business iteration, efficiently and quickly collaborate with the project team to promote the achievement of functional goals, reduce operational decision-making costs, and improve Operational Efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 7 years or more experience in Internet platform products, with a background in B-end or third-party growth products or task strategy platforms preferred
2. Strong ability in product planning and interaction design, with a focus on User Experience, able to efficiently and independently complete project promotion and implementation
3. Have good logical thinking and business abstraction and disassembly ability, be able to independently complete product planning according to business needs, and coordinate resources efficiently
4. Have a global perspective, good business understanding, not limited to accepting business needs, have certain thinking and judgment on business models and trends, be able to actively explore product improvement points, and cooperate deeply with business
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems
2. Good communication skills, with overseas study or work experience preferred
