The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
We are looking for passionate and talented people to join the LIVE Operations team and support in our mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live-stream content review for the Arab region, analyze user consumption behavior, and identify key characteristics of content to evaluate and classify content quality.
- Assist in producing quality analysis reports, pinpoint content quality issues, and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
- Conduct cold calls and initiate outreach to onboard new partners, providing a clear overview of the program and its benefits.
- Assist in guiding new partners through the onboarding process, providing necessary training and resources.
- Create concise summaries and visual reports for the team or management.
- Translate partnership-related documents, contracts, or marketing materials between relevant languages, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above.
- Available to start full-time immediately for a duration of 3 months.
- Studying towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Media or a related field.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic to enable ongoing collaboration and communication within the team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with potential partners and creators effectively.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Preferred proficiency in Arabic to collaborate with local colleagues and creator networks.
