About TikTok Live User Ops Team
We are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition intern to join the TikTok Live Japan User Ops team. This internship will provide exercised exposure to ops of local users, with opportunities available for further recuitment as regular employee.
In this role you will be a part of a fun, supportive and professional team. One of the biggest priorities for us is that you can learn and be exposed to job scope in a manageable way that is consistent with your career goals. Play your part to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As an ops intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional user ops. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months internship period.
Responsibilities:
-Engage in the projects of local users. To enhance the viewership and payment of local users.
-Dealing with content diversification issues to introduce various lives from our partners and creators.
-Conduct user research or understand the best practices from other regions to provide market insights.
-Support any other projects subjected to user ops scope.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Open to students who are currently pursuing their bachelor's or master's degree.
-Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English/Chinese and Japanese (verbal and written) for effective liaison with internal colleagues and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience in operation related work.
-Self-starter who has an appetite for learning new things.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
