About the Team:
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
Responsibilities:
- Shape communication strategies for creator amplification and creator marketing, ensuring alignment with TikTok LIVE's goals.
- Develop a compelling storytelling framework to ensure content remains exciting, engaging, and aligned with brand objectives.
- Develop and execute amplification strategies across owned, earned, and paid media, including social media campaigns for owned channels.
- Execute high-quality and engaging content that resonates with the target audience and supports overall campaign goals.

- Develop compelling creator stories and angles that drive positive media coverage through PR.
- Execute creator experience events, ensuring seamless event management that strengthens creator relationships and brand loyalty.
- Manage reporting for all campaigns and optimize strategies based on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years in content operations, marketing, brand storytelling, or creator partnerships in digital media, entertainment, or social platforms.
- Strong experience in content creation and content development, effective influencer marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and campaign strategy, effectively leveraging owned, earned, and paid media for maximum impact.
- Data-driven mindset, with strong skills in reporting, analysis, and campaign optimization for continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expert in storytelling and content creation, with a deep understanding of the full cycle-from scripting and hooks to high-quality execution.
- Proficient in PR and communications, collaborating with teams to craft compelling hooks for creator stories that drive media coverage.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (required), as you will be required to manage Arabic language content.
