About the team
The LIVE Operations team can't get enough of all things live-streaming. From monetisation strategies and LIVE Gifting to the latest content campaigns and product features designed to help creators grow and thrive on platform, the LIVE Operations team are dedicated to creating and maintaining a fun, safe space for all LIVE users.
Responsibilities include but not limited to,
Media Resource Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with local media outlets to expand brand visibility and support promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong network of media contacts across media, digital, and TV channels.
- Negotiate media partnership and deliverables to maximize reach following business direction.
Partnership Development & Management
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with our branding goals and target audience.
- Manage end-to-end partnership relationships, from initial outreach to performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership activities.
Branding & Campaign Strategy
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive branding strategy that leverages local media to build brand awareness and affinity.
- Develop and oversee branded campaigns in partnership with media outlets, ensuring consistency with our brand messaging and objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of branding efforts and partnership campaigns, recommending adjustments as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven.
Preferred Qualification
1. 3-5 years of experience in designing and executing branding campaigns, marketing or partnerships roles in tech & media industry.
2. Candidates who's used to work with, or have the connections with modelling, media, TV, celebrities and live streaming applications are preferred.
3. Strong business acumen in emerging industries.
4. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, able to work in an international and diverse environment.
5. Creative, able to challenge yourself and think out of the box.
