Responsibilities:
- Develop GTM strategies in regions for Japan TikTok commerce, educate the market to partners, creators, and end users for content commerce.

- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
- Identifying key marketing channels and coordinating with XFN teams to drive partners' adoption and revenue growth
- Help generate strategies and thought leadership for priority verticals and client planning.
- Partner with the category team to develop partners' mass onboarding strategy for the Japanese market
- Understand and develop campaign strategies that serve as a core lever towards the growth of the Japan TikTok commerce.
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to define and support business growth campaign activities
- Navigating through ambiguity, adapting to frequent changes, and influencing key stakeholders
- Decomposing complex problems, devising new approaches, and creating scalable solutions
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills and ownership, fast learner with a strong can-do attitude
- Strong knowledge of the Japanese commerce landscape, partners' demands, digital evolution, and mobile transformation
- Strong understanding of social commerce, content marketing, and influencers
- Proficient in Japanese, fluent in English; Cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills working cross-functionally in a global working environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in large commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
