About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
- Responsible for building marketing capabilities, including various promotion tools for partners and the platform itself. Explore and develop a co-investment model and mechanisms between the platform and partners, and transform these into products. Support the event mechanisms by improving product capabilities related to partner recruitment, selection, and marketing strategies.
- Leverage user research, competitor analysis, business scenarios, and data performance to identify core marketing needs, design marketing tools and strategies, and innovate products to enhance user engagement and business growth, with strong abilities in system experience design.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure high-quality execution of team objectives and project goals.
- Tailor solutions based on the specific conditions of each country to achieve differentiated designs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- 3+ years of experience in business-side promotion product management.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a solid product thinking framework.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with strong self-motivation and execution abilities. Capable of driving cross-departmental cooperation in complex environments to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Strong professional skills, including but not limited to the ability to produce high-quality prototypes and documentation, with proficiency in Axure, PowerPoint, Excel, and similar software tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large-scale project and a sense of ownership are preferred.
- Spanish/Portuguese skills or experience in the American market is preferred;
