We are looking for an experienced Live Streaming Operations Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of live streaming, content operations, and influencer management. This role involves managing live streaming content, working with influencers, and coordinating with merchants to ensure successful live streaming events.

- Manage relationships with influencers and merchants to facilitate successful live streaming events
- Provide training and support to influencers and merchants on live streaming best practices, and oversee the day-to-day operations of live streaming content, ensuring high GMV and high-quality content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to support live streaming initiatives.
- Monitor live streaming metrics and use data to inform operational improvements.
- Identify and recruit new influencers to join the platform.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:
- Experience in live streaming operations, content management, or influencer management; proven track record of driving engagement and growth through live streaming.
- Deep understanding of live streaming platforms=
- Strong business development skills with the ability to recruit and manage influencers.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
