- The Ireland team is hiring a Creator Manager who will identify, onboard, and support commerce content creators. This includes developing strategies, providing education, and offering resources to help creators succeed on TikTok
- The ideal candidate will design strategies that integrate Creator Monetization with partner growth. They will develop a comprehensive playbook that includes brand deals, sponsored content, and affiliate marketing while identifying and nurturing creator talent aligned with category strategies
Responsibilities:
- Identify creator strategies based on business needs and drive quality creator/content supply and creator growth at scale, leveraging affiliate services and platforms
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance creators' experiences on TikTok and create growth opportunities through campaigns, brand partnerships, product launches, and more
- Adapt to changing circumstances, navigate ambiguity, and influence key stakeholders
- Analyze complex problems, develop innovative approaches, and create scalable solutions
- Develop short-term and long-term strategies for creator growth and be accountable for scaling commerce creators and driving sales within the market
- Establish and refine internal processes to support creators and partners across all categories
- Provide performance reports and insights by analyzing audience conversion metrics from commerce content
- Amplify awareness of successful creator case studies to inspire business adoption
- Partner with cross functional teams to foster creator and partner collaborations that drive revenue
- Represent TikTok in partner meetings to enhance awareness of the creator network and encourage adoption of creator-driven sales strategies
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in English, with demonstrated cross cultural communication and collaboration skills in a global working environment
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with diverse teams across functions and levels
- Relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of the local market and familiarity with creator content production practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience in content-driven platforms; familiarity with commerce-related initiatives is a strong plus
- Established network and solid relationships with creators and creator agencies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication, and the flexibility to thrive in dynamic organizational settings
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in logical reasoning and data interpretation
- Proven leadership experience in managing and guiding diverse teams to success
