Team Intro
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.
With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our operations team, together we can build an commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
This role is based in our Munich office.
Responsibilities:
- Matchmake creators and sellers to start successful collaborations.
- Identify products with high potential to go viral and develop strategies to incubate them via creators.
- Support creators by identifying and recommending best performing products to them.
- Collaborate with Creator Managers to influence creator product selection through education and incentivization.
- Develop case studies and compelling success stories to encourage creators to adapt their product selection behavior.
- Work closely with industry stakeholders to support seller revenue.
- Partner with product teams to optimize recommendations shown to creators when browsing.
Qualifications
Minimums Qualifications
- Excellent logical analysis ability and data; experience in commerce
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a diverse range of people and job functions
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong sense of social content (livestream and short-video is a preference)
- Fluent in English
