Responsibilities:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact roles within non-tech functions.

- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn, internal databases, niche platforms, job boards, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Conduct outreach and pre-screening conversations to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking in ATS and sourcing tools.
- Deliver market intelligence and sourcing insights to help inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in a high-volume recruiting environment (in-house or agency).
- Support 15+ requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other professional platforms.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for Engineering and/or Trust & Safety roles, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Comfort working in global, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (hourly)
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $28- $50.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
