The Compliance Arch and Ops team is part of the Global Monetization Product and Technology organization here at TikTok. As down-to-earth strategic partners with a holistic bird's eye view, our mission is to protect US data and compliance. We are looking to hire a Monetization Compliance Arch and Ops Intern to oversee the integrity of arch related project management. The ideal person is capable and passionate about making TikTok the most trusted and easiest platform to advertise on from a global perspective.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Turn your ambitions into reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

This Internship Program runs for 10-24 weeks. Candidates can also apply for both Project Intern position and Program Intern position.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of project management tools and processes to ensure project efficiency and high quality.
- Follow up on project plans and progress and timely report project progress.
- Assist in making project management plans and decisions and maintain and track related project documents.
- Collaborate with team members to quickly and efficiently solve problems that arise during the project and propose solutions.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of change management processes and tools to ensure the sustainability of project management.
- Support data research to form comprehensive insights and analysis of business impact.
- Complete other tasks related to project management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Have certain IT knowledge and skills, familiar with project management processes and related tools.
- Excellent teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills.
- Able to commit to 10-24 weeks during Early 2025.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Have good learning ability and self-driving ability, able to quickly adapt to new environments and new problems.
- Able to withstand work pressure, with good professional ethics and team spirit.
