About the Team

Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive the end-to-end delivery of new products, services, and/or features to market.
Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery.
Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams by working with the respective Tech and Product leaders.
Define the way of driving the programs and constantly find ways to improve the process in a data-driven manner.
Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones, and be the owner of the collaboration process and tools.
Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers.
Lead Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master.
Ensure products and applications release to market smoothly.
Mentor and coach junior team members and grow the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Agile development process and leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master;
Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules;
Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for the engineers;
Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; and
Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Travel Requirement: Up to 25% domestic travel required.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128160 - $231120 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
