About the team
The mission of the international e-commerce fundamental platform is to create a rich and high-quality e-commerce platform ecosystem through productized platform capabilities. The fundamental platform will build a general-purpose platform for the B-side and basic technical capabilities to achieve support and standard solutions for numerous scenarios of different regions, diverse businesses, and various roles, ensuring that work efficiency and user experience in different scenarios can be maintained at a high level.

Responsibilities
- Based on business scenarios and product requirements, design solutions reasonably using the functions and open capabilities of the platform.
- Integrate upstream and downstream systems, identify integration and architecture pain points, and design the best solution based on business and system best practices.
- Monitor and analyze product data, establish and observe indicators such as coverage, usage rate, ease of use, and satisfaction of each module, discover, analyze, and improve product usage pain points, and promote the continuous improvement of the platform functions and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with production research and cooperation departments to conduct in-depth exploration of business departments in business analysis and diagnosis scenarios, carry out thematic analysis, provide decision-making and business support for product iteration, and explore optimization factors to improve the "intelligence" of products continuously.
-Based on project requirements, propose technical solutions and ensure the successful implementation of solutions; in the project implementation, be able to formulate a project schedule according to the implementation documents and execute it; maintain communication with partners and internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
- Proficient in at least one mainstream programming language, framework and related ecosystem for server-side (such as C/C++/PHP/Java/Golang, etc.)
- Business understanding ability, able to reasonably abstract and split business logic, form and implement solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Possessing good communication, collaboration, problem-solving and analytical skills, able to communicate and collaborate across multiple departments and teams to solve complex problems.
- Sensitive to data, possess good logical thinking and data analysis skills, and be good at using data analysis to improve business.
- Experience with Salesforce/Dynamic365 is preferred; experience with e-commerce is preferred; experience with infrastructure development is preferred.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $224000 - $410000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
