Ads Measurement's mission is to help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok across all of their paid channels. The team is working on a variety of products end-to-end, including brand lift, conversion lift, cross-media measurement, viewability, invalid traffic, etc., as well as various new innovative features including privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).
As a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer on the Ads Measurement team, you will guide the lead to build scalable tech foundations, launch various products, and represent TikTok with third-party measurement partners.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing various scalable ads systems, including serving, measurement, targeting, reporting, etc.
- Build service frameworks with the highest performance and availability.
- Integrate with third-party measurement partners.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Build service frameworks with the highest performance and availability.
- Experience programming in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, Java or Golang.
- 7+ years of experience building scalable system.
- Experience with leading ads projects as a tech lead. Experience as a tech lead in ads measurement is a plus.
- Experienced in at least one of the following areas: ads delivery, ads measurement, ads targeting, privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs).

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $199500 - $340100 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
