Team Introduction:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a hiring process including; intake meeting, sourcing, and offer stage while also being a business partner to key stakeholders across the business. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and ensure exceptional candidate experience through the hiring journey. We anticipate this role to cover an assortment of different client groups and flex business coverage based on business needs over time. To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Specifically, you will:
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior business leaders across multiple regions to understand hiring needs, define recruitment strategies, and influence hiring decisions.
- Strategic Hiring & Talent Insights: Leverage data and market insights to proactively identify talent gaps, assess hiring trends, and provide strategic recommendations to business leaders.
- Process & Policy Optimization: Drive improvements in recruiting processes, policies, and systems, ensuring alignment with business needs while enhancing efficiency and compliance.
- Global & Regional Collaboration: Work across international teams to ensure alignment on talent strategies, share best practices, and support hiring efforts in North & South America, Europe, and Asia.
- Sales Recruitment Expertise (Preferred): Support hiring for sales functions, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of a fast-growing commercial organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Experience leading recruiting process optimizations, including policy and system improvements.
- Manage 15+ requisitions simultaneously while partnering with regional stakeholders.
- Ability to use data, metrics, and market insights to advise hiring managers on talent gaps and drive strategic workforce planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for Engineering roles. Preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, global environments, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools such as Tableau, Excel, or Power BI to extract insights and drive hiring decisions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, partners, and candidates at all levels.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102600 - $174400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
