We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to develop and implement tailored recruiting strategies aimed at building a diverse, data-driven technical team from the ground up. In this role, you'll work closely with key business stakeholders to drive recruitment initiatives and successfully execute projects that align with our hiring goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn and adapt, and is excited to contribute to cross-functional and regional collaboration.
To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 4 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle technical recruitment process for various roles across multiple functions, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Drive continuous improvements in recruitment strategies, policies, and systems, ensuring efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand talent needs, advise on market trends, and create tailored hiring strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze recruitment data, candidate metrics, and market insights to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies, and proactively address talent gaps.
- Partner with business leaders to assess current and future hiring needs, contributing to strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
- Identify, attract, and negotiate complex compensation packages closing all level candidates, continuously deliver high-quality candidates, and fulfilling hiring goals.
- Act as the employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent TikTok's culture in a meaningful way.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience.
- Proven experience in leading recruiting process optimizations, including policy and system improvements.
- Proficiency in leveraging data, metrics, and market insights to enhance recruitment efficiency, guide hiring managers on talent gaps, and drive strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent years of working experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A results-oriented self-starter who is data-driven, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and takes initiative and risks.
- Experience partnering with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97470 - $165680 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
