As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels;
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners;
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency;
- Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates;

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields.
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.
- Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Able to commit a minimum of 6 months or more for 3 days per week, full-time commitment is preferred.
