Responsibilities
The Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics and financial modeling, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Strategy Associate will be joining the Global Planning and Analytics MSO team and be based out of London. This role focuses on driving planning, projects and initiatives across Europe to support our business growth effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic planning for our monetisation business to identify mid-to-long term business opportunities and set goals for the sales organisation.

- Conduct strategic analysis to understand growth drivers in the business and derive clear and actionable insights to leadership. Support corporate reporting to track progress and surface insights regularly.
- Identify and drive global strategic initiatives and partner with cross functional teams to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Screen the market for analytical insights on competing media platforms, large global accounts, and shed light on TikTok's future growth strategy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Management Consultancy, Strategy, Investment Banking or Sales Planning & Operations roles.
- Experience in using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organisation and to influence various levels of management decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Rich experience in cross-team project cooperation and communication, able to work with multinational teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Experience with data visualization software, BI tools, or SQL is a plus
- Experience in working for fast-paced / internet companies, especially in digital advertising, is desirable but not essential.
- Self-driven, curious, passionate about being involved in the business, growing fast, and able to adapt to a high work pace
