Responsibilities:
- Translate GNE Insights into Action: Deeply understand the problems and solutions proposed by GNE business teams and convert them into a comprehensive GTM project plan, gathering and providing necessary inputs from and to various stakeholder teams.
- Project Oversight and Risk Management: Oversee project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure the quality of outputs. Facilitate productive discussions among key stakeholders across Governance, Experience, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams, both in the US and globally.
- Technical Roadmap Leadership: Lead the ideation, collection, prioritization, and submission of our technical roadmap. Connect engineering teams with policy strategists to ensure product priorities align with governance needs, strategies, and OKRs.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Perform QA/QC on launched policies, processes, and technology. Monitor GTM adoption, debug issues, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- End-to-End Program Delivery: Ensure successful program delivery, including user-perspective testing. Communicate program status in appropriate forums with the right level of detail.
- Impact Measurement and Analysis: Collaborate with business and analytics teams to measure impact and key metrics against objectives.
- Develop and Refine GTM SOPs: Create and iterate GTM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on learnings from previous programs.
- Documentation and Education: Maintain system documentation and educate business teams to ensure processes and procedures are understood and adhered to.
- Stay Aligned with Global Teams: Stay up-to-date with global GNE, local GNE, PMO, Product, Engineering, and other teams to help track and meet OKR goals.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Master's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written, and presentation), including the ability to provide progress updates, manage risks, plan execution, and establish and track metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or in a related role.
- Experience in project/program management, with a proven track record of working with cross-functional teams across different geographies.

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $120000 - $190000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
